Rachel e Barry, che ora è fidanzato con Mindy, ricominciano a frequentarsi, ma le cose si complicano quando Mindy chiede a Rachel di farle da damigella di nozze. Quando Rachel scopre che Mindy e Barry avevano una relazione mentre lei era fidanzata con Barry, le due donne decidono di dare a Barry ciò che merita. Nel frattempo Chandler impazzisce perchè una donna che a lui piace non lo richiama al telefono.
